1. What is Goddess Hugs?

With Herbalism we recognize that plants work on a metaphysical/spiritual level in addition to physical.  This tincture has been designed to work metaphysically using only small amounts of each Organic Herb.
Hawthorne has been used historically to slow the heart rate and lower blood pressure, metaphysically it is used to heal a broken heart. 
Damiana and Shatavari have been used traditionally as aphrodisiacs but in this case, the love is turned inward.
Dandelion has a traditional use for aiding the liver and kidney but for this tincture, we're looking at its deep tap route and we're using it for grounding.
Tulsi has a long history of use to help balance the immune system but here, we're using it for resilience. 
Motherwort has been used traditionally for the reproductive system. With Goddess hugs, it is added as a big hug from Earth Goddess/Mother
 
2. What's In The Bottle?:
Ingredients: Hawthorne, Damiana, Rose, Dandelion Root, Motherwort, and Shatavari.
Use caution if you are on cardiac medication, are pregnant, on estrogen medication, are diabetic, or have gallbladder disease or a blocked intestine.
If you have allergies to any of these ingredients, do not use this product. If you develop an allergic reaction, stop taking this product.

All Spiral Herbal Remedies products are handmade by Clinical Herbalist Donna Cleary who trained as an Herbalist for 3 years, was a Registered Nurse at Harvard's teaching hospital in Boston for 13 years and has been running her own shop since 2017.
