Why drink our Sencha Green Tea, Fennel, Dandelion, Licorice, Turmeric, and Lemon Essential Oil? 
 
It's Yummy, Organic, and created for your Drinking Pleasure with the flavor profile being the top priority. With that said, the plants also have medicinal properties.  If you must know, I keep a stash of this in the shop and drink it whenever I'm there.
 
     Green Tea is known for its powerful anti-oxidants and properties that are thought to have a beneficial effect on your liver, kidneys, heart, gut, teeth and gums. I included it for its mild caffeine supply but instead of giving you the jitters like coffee, it's CALMING. Green tea is unfermented Black Tea.
     Fennel - is a digestive aid, with anti-inflammatory, estrogenic, and anti-microbial properties.
     Dandelion is nutritive, for liver and kidney health.
     Licorice root - anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-allergy, expectorant.
     Turmeric - contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and digestive properties.
      Black Peppercorn - piperine in peppercorn allows the anti-inflammatories in the Turmeric to be absorbed and prevents them from being broken down. In India Black Peppercorn has also been used for liver health.

3. How do I make the tea?
1 tablespoon of the herbs in 1 cup of hot water. Let it steep for 20-30 minutes before sipping.
